Vibro-Tactile External Memory Aids in Non-Visual Browsing of Tabular Data

For certain overview tasks and some data configurations, the need for external memory aids was identified. This paper proposes exploiting the tactile channel to access external memory aid, incorporating Tactons as information-rich vibro-tactile markers into the interface.
